Fitness Plus
Fitness Plus is a group workout where individual needs are met.
Resistance Training two days a week
Cardiovascular Training two day a week
Instructors: Kathy Parsley and Charretta Jeffers

Yoga
Whether you are an expert or a newcomer, our instructors are qualified to work with every fitness level. Private Sessions are available. Instructors: Tanya Woods, Wendy Luzietti, and Kari Riepe.


Spin

Our Spin classes are a 30 minute group cardio workout with spin bikes. The Spin Super Fit class is a 45 minute spin class mixed with functional circuit training. Bikes are limited be sure to reserve your spot at the front desk.
